  • New, Refurbished, Scrap: Send your returns back to us for evaluation and repackaging. We’ll determine if the returned item can be resold as new, refurbished and sold at a discount, or scrapped entirely.
  • Return & Refund Management: We’ll let you know what orders numbers sent back the wrong item, sent back a damaged item, or legitimately need a refund. We process all returns within 2 business days.
  • FBA Return Processing: We will check all FBA returns to make sure Amazon sent back the correct items. We can file claims when Amazon sends back incorrect or damaged products.
